Account Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your Staff Track account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@staff-track.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or company code associated with your account so we can locate it.

What gets deleted

  • Your company account and all admin data
  • All employee profiles and login credentials
  • Time logs, clock-in/out records, and session history
  • Invoices, quotes, and purchase orders
  • Any uploaded files or documents

Retention period

We will process your request and delete your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained for a limited period where required by law (e.g. financial records), after which it will be permanently deleted.
