What is Staff Track Service Portal?
Staff Track Service Portal is a paid SaaS for businesses that hire tradesmen. It gives hotels, restaurant groups, strata managers, multi-site retailers, clinics, and facility managers one inbox to coordinate every plumber, electrician, fire-safety contractor, HVAC tech and cleaner they work with. From a single dashboard, businesses can submit service requests, approve quotes, watch technicians arrive on a live map, message contractors directly, and settle every invoice in one go.
Who is the Service Portal for?
The Service Portal is built for any business that hires tradesmen at multiple locations or to multiple specialties. Typical customers include hotel groups, restaurant chains, strata and property managers, multi-site retailers, clinics, care providers, and facility-management firms. Single-site operators (one restaurant, one clinic) use the Starter plan; portfolio operators with up to 50 sites use Portfolio.
How much does the Service Portal cost?
Pricing is a flat monthly subscription per business — no per-seat fees. Starter is €49/month for single-site operators with one site. Business is €149/month for up to 10 sites with multi-site reporting. Portfolio is €399/month for up to 50 sites with cross-site SLA reporting and dedicated onboarding. All plans include a free 7-day trial; cancel anytime. Prices are shown in your local currency on the site.
How does the Service Portal differ from the Staff Track main product?
Staff Track's main product is for tradesmen — plumbers, electricians, fire-safety companies and similar trades use it to track their own staff, jobs, quotes and invoices. The Service Portal is the opposite side of the relationship: it's for the customers who hire those tradesmen. A hotel can use the Service Portal to request work from every contractor it uses, and any of those contractors that are on Staff Track connect into the portal automatically.
Can I invite my existing tradesmen into the Service Portal?
Yes. Inside the portal you can invite the main contact at each contractor company by email. If they already use Staff Track they connect with one click. If they're new, the email links them to a standard Staff Track sign-up; the moment they finish setting up their company, your account is linked automatically.
What does each tradesman actually see?
Only the jobs you send their way. Each contractor is walled off from the rest of your portal — they see the service requests YOU assign to them, the sites involved in those requests, your contact details for those jobs, and their own quotes / invoices / chat messages. They cannot see which other tradesmen you use, what other contractors are charging you, your spend reports, your internal notes, or any request you haven't shared with them. The portal is one inbox for you; for each tradesman, it's just their slice of your business.
Does the Service Portal handle payments?
Yes. Each contractor's invoices appear on a single statement in your portal. You can pay every open invoice in one card transaction (Stripe Connect routes each amount to the right contractor), or settle by bank transfer and submit the reference so the contractor can reconcile. The portal never stores your bank details.
Does the Service Portal support recurring maintenance?
Yes. Set a cadence once — annual fire-safety inspection, monthly grease-trap clean, quarterly HVAC service — and the portal reminds the right contractor at the right time, every time. No more chasing renewals manually.
