What do you need from me to start?+
Whatever you have. Red-pen markups on the old drawing, site photos, a sketch on a job sheet, the consultant's DWG or PDF — and a line on what the drawing is for and where it's going. If you have a titleblock and a numbering scheme, send those too and we draw to them.
What formats do you deliver?+
Every set comes back as PDF and DWG with a revision block. If your client or consultant needs another CAD format, tell us in the quote request and we'll confirm it.
Do you use our titleblock and drawing numbers?+
Yes. Send your titleblock and we draw on it, with your drawing numbers and revision letters, so the set sits in your register like you drew it yourself.
What happens when something changes on site?+
Mark up the issued drawing and send it back. We raise the next revision, keep the previous one on record, and issue the new set — nothing is overwritten and the history is always there.
How do you price it?+
Per drawing set, as a fixed price agreed before we start — based on what you send and what the drawing has to show. No hourly rate running in the background. Send the request and you'll get the price back, usually the same working day.
Do I need to be a Staff Track customer?+
No — anyone can send us a drawing. If you do run your jobs on Staff Track, the issued set is filed against the job and the site so it's in the app for the next engineer on that address.
