What exactly does the Admin Assistant do?+
It runs your back office. Send in receipts, bills and paperwork and it reads them, categorises them and books them to the right job. It tracks every bill's due date, chases your overdue invoices with branded reminders and pay links, and gives you a morning digest of what came in, what's due and what needs you.
How do I send paperwork in?+
Three ways: forward any email to the personal intake address we give you, snap a photo in the Staff Track app, or just ask the assistant. Best of all — tell your suppliers to CC your Staff Track address on their invoices, and bills enter themselves without you touching anything. It works 24/7.
What happens after I send something?+
It's read in seconds. The assistant pulls out the supplier, amount, date and tax, files it, and books it to the right job. If it's confident, it's done. If it's unsure about anything, it's flagged for you — one tap to approve or correct. Nothing is ever silently lost.
Can it chase the money I'm owed?+
Yes. Overdue invoices are chased automatically with a branded reminder carrying a pay link, sent on your behalf — politely and persistently until it's paid. You control it per invoice: switch chasing on or off, edit the message, or send one manually whenever you like.
Does it pay my bills too?+
No — it never touches your money. It tracks every bill, reminds you before the due date, and marks bills paid when you do. You stay in full control of every payment.
What reports can I run?+
Income & costs (a P&L summary), aged receivables, expenses by category, supplier bills and documents handled — for any month, quarter, year to date, or a custom range. Every report can be emailed to you as a branded PDF or printed. You can even just ask: "email me the current P&L."
How does the voice agent work?+
Tap the assistant in the app and say what you want done — "invoice Murphy for the bathroom, €2,400" or "put Jack on Riverside, Monday to Wednesday." It drafts invoices and quotes, logs variations and schedules your team. Everything it creates is a draft for you to approve — it never sends anything without you.
